BlueXP connector is not stable and getting email alerts for connector down

Issue
- NetApp Console Agent status goes in-active intermittently
- Verify the occm service in the Agent CLI using the command:
docker images | grep occm - OCCM service restarts frequently , causing the connector to become inactive
