BlueXP connector is inactive as it fails to perform container upgrade task

Issue

Connector is inactive in BlueXP console. 
 
BlueXP timeline shows multiple retries to update containers but it fails with :
Error:failed to perform container upgrade task (singleTask - false). java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to calculate system configuration
 
Connector's server.logs shows OCCM container restarting frequently :
