Issue

When configuring OpenStack Cinder with a NetApp ONTAP backend using HTTPS and a self-signed certificate with IP address, the following error is seen in Cinder logs and during SSL handshake tests:

ssl.SSLCertVerificationError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: IP address mismatch, certificate is not valid for '<IP address>'. (_ssl.c:1129)
