Openstack Manila shares can't be properly created in aggregates used for object storage

Issue

When trying to create a new Manila share, it fails with the following error in manila log:

ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.server manila.share.drivers.netapp.dataontap.client.api.NaApiError: NetApp API failed. Reason - 787011:Aggregates with attached object stores cannot contain volumes with a guarantee other than "none"
