Issue

When a cinder backend has been created with an SVM scoped user:

  • QoS Settings are not identified. This implies that highlighted entries are not evaluated nor applied upon VM Volume creation.
  • The LUNs related to cinder volumes attached to Openstack instances, have no Adaptive QoS Policy Groups applied
