Unable to update Azure credentials: "The new Azure credentials are not valid..."

Issue

New secret key has been generated from Azure as per documentation, but when trying to edit or update Azure account credentials from BlueXP, following error appears:

Error:The Azure credentials for this account cannot be changed. The new Azure credentials are not valid for working environments "CVO" or 
working enironments are being initialized.

  "_failure": "{\"error\":\"invalid_client\",\"error_description\":\"AADSTS7000222: The provided client secret keys for app 'id' are expired.
