Unable to create aggregate in BlueXP with "Name does not resolve" error

Issue

  • Attempting to create a new aggregate fails with the following error:
    • Name does not resolve
 
  • In the BlueXP connector server.log file, the following error may appear:
    2023-07-30 UTC ERROR [Standalone] [xxxx] [ ] [System] (gcp-identity-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-5)
     [GcpConcreteClient$:146] failed to get metadata request with error java.net.UnknownHostException: 
      metadata.google.internal: Name does not resolve
