Node is out of CLAM quorum due to cluster network disruption on CVO

Issue

  • A CLAM panic occurs on one of the nodes :
    Received PANIC packet from partner, receiving message is (Coredump and takeover initiated because Connectivity, Liveliness and Availability Monitor (CLAM) has determined this node is out of quorum.)
  • Frequent vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss alerts observed before & after panic :
    Wed Sep 13 01:05:11 -0700 [cvo-01: vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss:debug]: Continued packet loss when pinging from cluster lif cvo-01_clus_1 (node cvo-01) to cluster lif cvo-02_clus_2 (node cvo-02).
