Issue

Deploying a CVO in Azure fails with Marketplace purchase eligibility error:

Code: MarketplacePurchaseEligibilityFailed Details: Offer with PublisherId: 'netapp', OfferId: 'netapp-ontap-cloud' cannot be purchased due to validation errors. For more information see details.
