Issue

  • Users not able to access files present in volume using NFS.
  • Volume has tiering policy set to All.
  • NFS returns error EJUKEBOX for v3 and EDELAY for v4.x as per trace.
  • EMS logs indicate object store unavailable

[node1: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "StorageAccount" from node xxx-xxx-xxx. Reason: Connection unavailable.
