Failed Working Environment while using 7MTT/TDP transfers on GCP

Issue

  • Working Environment is in a failed state in Blue XP
  • Error seen in the BlueXP server log:
    2023-03-26 12:36:39,036 UTC ERROR [Working Environment] [ ] [ ] [ ] () [DescribeVsaFlow:21] Failed calculating information for "hostname". Returning FAILED status
  • Removing/re-adding the WE and stopping/starting the connector instance does not resolve the issue
