Completed Cloud Volumes ONTAP upgrade still shows Pending in BlueXP

Issue

  • An upgrade was initiated in BlueXP on a CVO working environment.
  • After CVO upgrade shows completed in the CLI and system manager, upgrade continues showing as pending in the Timeline, with the latest action repeated every 30 seconds stating it is trying to "decribe the cluster failover" state.
