Cloud Volumes ONTAP instance does not boot due to disk reservation conflict

Issue

• During a Cloud Volumes ONTAP upgrade, the following is observed on the node in takeover during boot:

Reservation conflict found on this node's disks!

• The surviving node will show that the RDMA connection is in a 'down' state.
