Issue

  • Cloud Volume ONTAP upgrade to 9.13.1 fails with the error message Failed to download package
  • BlueXP Timeline (located under Settings):

Error:Operation Download Cluster Image failed with error Failed to download package from http://.../ONTAP-9.13.1.tgz. Error: Transferred a partial file : transfer closed with 2415183361 bytes remaining to read

  • Connector SERVER.LOG reports the following:
