CloudSync: "Cannot destructure property 'accessKey' of 'e' as it is undefined"

Issue

NetApp CloudSync databroker is unable to retrieve access and secret key from HCP Vault for a sync relation with source being NetApp Storage GRID. Data broker logs show the following error:

[DATE / TIME] [DEBUG] [SCANNER] [6] [23201] generateErrorStatisticsObject Cannot destructure property 'accessKey' of 'e' as it is undefined. undefined undefined 

However, access and secret key credentials may be retrievable using an API call.
