Issue

  • CVO shows "Degraded" in Azure portal due to Load Balancer issues. This alert is seen from the portal:

    Some of your Load Balancing endpoints may be unavailable. Please see the metrics blade for availability information and troubleshooting steps for recommended solutions. 
     
  • There was a scheduled Azure Maintenance Event performed on the CVO prior to this.
  • The Degraded alert is no longer seen after some time.
