CVO Cluster does not boot after changing from High Write Speed mode back to Normal mode

Issue

Upon changing a CVO write speed from High to Normal, the cluster faces many issues, such as:
  • Being unable to boot nodes
  • Console unavailable
  • Network issues
  • Cluster, Node, and SVM IP addresses are not pingable
  • Rebooting both nodes via Azure hasn't resolved the issue
