AWS sent email stating to add cloudformation:ListStac to Cloud Volumes ONTAP policy

AWS sent customer email stating they need to add cloudformation:ListStac to the Cloud Volumes ONTAP policy.

Between February 10, 2023 and February 14, 2023, we notified you about principals in
your account that required you to modify or attach IAM Policies to add cloudformation:ListStacks by March 27, 2023, to avoid
service disruption after we updated our DescribeStacks [1] API on January 25, 2023 to require ListStacks permissions when not
providing a target StackName.

Because we have continued to detect principals from your account calling DescribeStacks without
cloudformation:ListStacks permissions after March 10, 2023, we have extended the deadline to May 22, 2023 for you to update or
attach new IAM Policies with the correct permissions.

CloudFormation has identified principals associated with your account that
do not have ListStacks permissions making DescribeStacks calls without a target after March 10, 2023. These users or roles need
their policies updated to include cloudformation:ListStacks along with the existing cloudformation:DescribeStacks
