Workload Security forensics activity for some NFS operations does not resolve user even though user's name is listed in Forensics -> Users

Issue

  • When viewing the Forensics Activity page in Cloud Insights Storage Workload Security, the "user" shown for some NFS activity shows "ldap:default:100XXX"
  • The user is a known user and shows up in the Forensics -> Users page
