Answer

  • DII Tenant is moved to MTCognos(Multi-Tenant Cognos). Engineering is moving all reporting users to a multi-tenant platform, and this is the reason region setting got lost during migration. 
  • The region setting was updated on the MT Cognos instance on which reporting tenant resides, the configuration is fixed.
