User is being directed to live.com when attempting to login to DII

Issue
- Various users are able to log into DII with their SSO without issue.
- One user when logging in, encounters an issue with the below error message:
AADSTS50020: User account 'user@domdain.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Customer Tenant Name' and cannot access the application 'xxxxxxxx-dc1c-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx'(eid_NetApp_Cloud_Insights_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
