Issue

No new counter archive publications and  other like errors related to "counter" for our Cloud Agent collector in DII.   Most all the time shows as intermittent failures on performance collectings.

Example: no new counter archive publications since collector (re)start, latest cm archive  has undefined filepath (is not available)
