Enabling Azure Active Directory Federated Services after  configuring Cloud Manager and setting up cloud insights results in the Cloud Insights GUI not being accessible, and the message "We encountered a problem accessing your Cloud Insights site. You may no longer be authorized to use this site Cloud Insights: tenant-id.cloudinsights.netapp.com
