FPolicy events do not show up in Storage Workload Security forensics even though the collector is running and events are transmitted from ONTAP to agent

Issue

  • SWS Forensics shows no FPolicy events for a specific cluster or SVM even though known activity has occurred
  • The data collector for the SVM shows as "Running"
  • Confirmed via packet trace that FPolicy data is being transmitted from ONTAP to agent and agent has acknowledged
  • No related errors are observed
