Issue

  • All sync relationship configured in data broker group is not progressing and remains at 0%.
  • Data broker logs reports below error for scanner and transferrer when sync issue is reported.
  • Logs:

[ERROR] [SCANNER] [5] [64381] Failed to receive messages from queue https://sqs.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/1673xxxxxxx/CS_prod_scanner_xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxx  AWS.SimpleQueueService.NonExistentQueue: The specified queue does not exist for this wsdl version.
[ERROR] [TRANSFERRER] [3] [64049] Failed to receive messages from queue https://sqs.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/1673xxxxxxx/CS_prod_transferrer_xxxxxxxx

  • All endpoints required for data broker is reachable from Data broker.
