BlueXP Copy and sync fail to start sync relationship as NFS source not able to mount

Issue

  • Not able to run cloud sync relationship and jobs failing with below error:
Failed to mount target: mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting 10.xx.xx.xx:/mnt/nfsvol
  • Data broker logs show below error:
[2024-06-25T00:15:23.505] [ERROR] [MASTER] [0] [1259] Failed to execute command Error: Command failed: mount 10.xx.xx.xx:'/mnt/nfsvol' mnt/xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx_trg -o soft,timeo=600,retrans=1,sec=sys,vers=3
mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting 10.xx.xx.xx:'/mnt/nfsvol
