Working environment fails to get listed while trying to discover in BlueXP

Issue

  • The working environment does not get listed after selecting the region while trying to discover existing working environments in BlueXP.
  • Attempting to discover the same environment using API also fails with error:

Resource VsaWorkingEnvironment-xxxx already exists in another account and has connected agents.
