What's action required on BlueXP if need to change the email address of NSS account ?

Answer

Follow the below steps:

  1. Request Email Change
  • Contact NetApp support (non-technical case) to request the email address change
  • Provide the below info:
    • NSS account
    • Current email address
    • New email address
  1. Verification of New Email
  1. BlueXP Login Configuration
  • Go to BlueXP Login
  • Enter the new email address and click 'Next' to log in
  • It prompts to create a new organization, skip that, and log out to proceed to the next step.
  1. Add New Email as Member in BlueXP
  • Login BlueXP with another admin account, and navigate to:
    • Identity & Access Management > Members > Add a member > User
  • Enter the new email address
    • Select the appropriate Organization, folder, or project and Role
  • Click Add
  1. Verify Access
  • Login back with the new email address 
  • Verify it logs in as OTP and the configured role works
