Volumes tab is taking a long time to load in BlueXP

Issue

When viewing the volumes in the Service Connector (through SaaS-based interface or UI), the tab is loading extremely slow.

Following errors can be seen in /opt/application/netapp/cloudmanager/log/server.log
 
ERROR [Volumes ] [dNjYVNwn] [dNjYVNwn ] (simplicator-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-2127) [GenerateRoutes:281] Got a failure:
com.amazonaws.services.cloudformation.model.AmazonCloudFormationException: Rate exceeded (Service: AmazonCloudFormation; Status Code: 400; Error Code: Throttling; Request ID: ccc8347d-4fa7-4cba-8fd1-49054392f081)
