Unable to log in to BlueXP because NSS account is not registered on NSS

Issue
- Attempting to log in to BlueXP using NSS account fails with error:
Error: We clouldn't find a user with that email.
- Attempting to log in to NSS (https://mysupport.netapp.com) using the same NSS account fails with error:
We could not find an account with your email address. Please register for a new account.
