Issue

When discovering an existing CVO, following errors are displayed, from UI:
 
These credentials are invalid. If you just created these credentials in your cloud provider, it might take a few minutes until they are available for use. Wait a few minutes and try again.

From Timeline:
 
Could not set the Azure credentials. Verify that the credentials are correct and then try again. 
Invalid client secret provided. Ensure the secret being sent in the request is the client secret value
