Issue

  • SaaS services such as Backup and Recovery and BlueXP copy and sync are no longer manageable from the BlueXP SaaS UI
  • Working environments are in Failed status displaying the following error:
Unable to calculate working environment status. The AWS keys for the user who created this working environment are invalid. The keys were either reset in Cloud Manager because the server was restored from a backup, or the keys were removed from the AWS account. Update the user account in Cloud Manager by specifying
valid AWS keys.
