Failed to migrate one or more LIFs away from node error when updating CVO license

Issue

When updating a license in Cloud Manager for a CVO HA pair, the following errors are reported in the GUI:

Error 1
Could not migrate LIFs away from node: Failed to migrate one or more LIFs away from node "The_node-01". Use the "network interface show -curr-node The_node-01" command to identify LIFs that could not be migrated off that node. Use the "network interface migrate" command to manually migrate the LIFs off the node. Reissue the command with "-skip-lif-migration-before-shutdown" to skip the migration and


Error 2
Failed to update external route tables for IP "X.X.X.X". The system specified an invalid cluster
ID or route table name to the mediator. Contact technical support personnel for assistance. continue with takeover.
