Error when switching to Advanced View for CVO ONTAP system in BlueXP

Issue

Navigating to the Advanced View for the CVO ONTAP instance shows the following: 

Something went wrong. BlueXP is preparing the Connector. Please wait a few moments.

Service manager status showed as failed:

Checking the BlueXP logs showed the service manager was not updated to the latest version.
