Creating CVO fails with "The name is already used by another working"

Issue

  • Creating Working Environment failed. It failed and we didn't deleted it. After a while it disappeared.
  • Creating CVO with the same fails with: An error occurred while creating working environment: Deployment with the name <cvo_name> already exists
