Issue
- BlueXP CVO upgrade wizard redirects to NSS registration which gets stuck with serial number registration seen "in-progress" from HAR file:

- Issue is experienced even after removing the WE from BlueXP, removing the NSS credential, adding the NSS credential back and rediscover the WE in BlueXP
