BlueXP failing to load the CVO working environment in canvas with "server error"

Issue
- BlueXP GUI error when switching the connector :
The tab or service has unexpectedly crashed.
Error printed to console.
If the error recurs please contact Support.
- CVO(s) managed by BlueXP connector showing as failed in Canvas with
"Server error"
- When trying to access the Help (?) > Support > BlueXP Connector page, it fails to load and returns the errors below:
"Failed To get configuration: Server Fault"
"Failed to Fetch existing support schedule configuration: Server Fault"
"Failed to fetch existing support configuration: Server Fault"
