BlueXP can't display information from several tabs. "No data was found"

Issue
BlueXP doesn't display information from several SaaS features or services.
- From Volumes tab:
- From Dashboard:
- From Tiers:
- The expected services are correctly configured, running and they are displayed on System Manager.
- The issue only affects BlueXP, for every user and account.
- No error is seen on the GUI when opening the tabs.
- Additionally, a generic network or timeout error can be seen when gathering OCCM logs from the GUI:
