Navigating to the support section in Cloud Insights throws error message in warning banner, "Error fetching Support Info data (502)"

Issue
- When navigating to the
> Support section of Cloud Insights, a warning banner is displayed with an error message:
Error fetching Support Info data (502)
- The "Cloud Insights Support" tile that is supposed to be present on that same page for standard, premium, or ver2.0 basic contracts is missing.
