Unable to setup BlueXP Backup and Recovery for on-prem ONTAP: Connection Timeout

Issue
Activation of BlueXP Backup & Recovery for on-premises ONTAP cluster to Azure Blob fails with the error below:
Error: Failed to back up working environment. Failed to configure object storage. Cannot verify availability of the objectstore from node <cluster_name>. Reason: Connection timeout.
