Unable to "Restore Files or Folder" with error "No Connectivity ..."

- Restore Volume is available.
Issue
The following error appears when Restore Files or Folder is selected on Restore tab of Backup and Recovery.
No Connectivity We can't complete this process because there is no connectivity. Return to the Dashboard and retry the Restore operation at a later time.
