Applies to

  • NetApp BlueXP backup and recovery (formerly Cloud Backup)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Using backup policy with Archival after 0 days and GLACIER

Issue

  • Storage Class of Backups in BlueXP is Standard and is not changed to Archived
  • Storage class of Objects in AWS Management Console is Standard and is not changed to Glacier Flexible Retrieval (formerly Glacier)
  • There is only a rule for Transition to Standard-IA on Lifecycle rules in AWS Management Console
