No backup of the datastore is showing in BlueXP

Issue

An attempt to protect an OnPrem iSCSI Datastore by mirroring that to the cloud, using the BlueXP Backup for VMs generates an error and the mirror relationship stays in an unhealthy relationship.

Even when recreating the relationship, the same error happens.

The reported error is:
Failed to protect volumename: vol2, volume uuid: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX, svm name:  uuid:  , and application ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX with error: The volume does not exist in any of the working environments for volume name: vol2 and volume uuid: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX%!(EXTRA string=, string=).

Additionally, there are other errors seen when when listing backups of this datastore are:

Failed to fetch the data. Http failure response for https://cloudmanager.cloud.netapp.com/account/account-XXX/providers/cloudmanager_snapcenter/api/v2/scs-hybrid/virtualresources/XXX/backups?numberOfDays=null&ofset=0&limit=50: 0Unknown Error
