Cloud Backup Service showing job error with backup relationship that already exists

Issue

  • CBS backups keep failing when creating new relationships that were otherwise in a previously failed or unknown state for a large (400+) volume set.
  • The follow error is presented in the cluster CLI::*>snapmirror show -source-path svm_NetApp_OnTap:the_app -destination-path netapp-backup-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx:/objstore/svm_The_CBS_Destination
    • Last Transfer Error: Failed to fetch status information for volume "netapp-backup-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx:/objstore/svm_The_CBS_Destination". The failure can be attributed to either the volume being restricted, offline, infrastructure timeouts or memory allocation failures. (Failed to get attributes for endpoint "netapp-backup-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx:/objstore/svm_The_CBS_Destination".)
