Issue

  • Cloud Backup Service (CBS)  backup jobs stop to work
  • ONTAP command "snapmirror show -instance" show following error:

Failed to find information for object store configuration with"usage" of "data" in Dblade for endpoint"netappbackupexxxx:/objstore/xxxx_dst

  • EMS log  reports Hostname"netappbackupeXXXXX.blob.core.windows.net" cannot be resolved

Sat Jun  1 11:31:55 CST 2024 send_obj_store_config_info_to_dblade 968 object_store_config_ksmf_op() createerror on node XXX for rel uuid 7d2636f4-1fc7-11ef-95fa-XXXXXXXX: Hostname"netappbackupeXXXXX.blob.core.windows.net" cannot be resolved.Check the spelling of the hostname and check the systems DNS availability usingthe "vserver services name-service dnscheck" command.​​​​​​
