BlueXP Backup and Recovery returns no connectivity error when restoring files

Issue
When performing "Restore files or folder" operation in BlueXP Backup & Recovery, the error below is returned after some time:
"No Connectivity. We can't complete this process because there is no connectivity. Return to the Dashboard and retry the Restore operation at a later time."
