MetroCluster cluster monitoring failed in OnCommand Unified Manager with error: "Unexpected HTTP response code received for storage-bridge-get-iter"

Issue

  • The following error is displayed in AIQUM WebUI:

Monitoring failed for cluster <cluster_name>. Reason: An internal error has occurred during MetroCluster component fresh.

  • Ocumserver.log will have the following entry:

2020-04-09 00:19:00,028 ERROR [oncommand] [reconcile-1] [<clustre_name>] [c.n.dfm.collector.OcieJmsListener] Error during MetroCluster component monitoring : MetroCluster component monitoring failed. Zapi execution failed Unexpected HTTP response code received for storage-bridge-get-iter from <cluster_name>: 502

  • Zapi-outbound.log will have the following entry: 

20-04-09 00:13:59,353 DEBUG [collection-completion-0] Executing ZAPI request storage-bridge-get-iter to <cluster_name>:

[TRUNCATED]

2020-04-09 00:18:59,375 DEBUG [collection-completion-0] Received ZAPI response for storage-bridge-get-iter from <cluster_name>:
