While running tridentctl get node command NVMe service is not visible on node

Issue

While running the following command NVMe service is not visible on node and PVC creation fails with message hostNQN not found.

./tridentctl get nodes -o wide -n trident 

Warning  FailedAttachVolume 57s (x7 over 92s)  attachdetach-controller  AttachVolume.Attach failed for volume "pvc-<uuid>" : rpc error: code = Unknown desc = hostNQN not found
