Trident unable to populate media type for aggregates when using REST API

Issue

Trident is not discovering or populating the media type for aggregates when specified in the storage class definition.
With ONTAP above 9.14.1, it defautls to using REST API, which cannot get the matching storage pool/aggregate information, resulting in this error:

level=error msg="Could not obtain aggregate info; storage classes with physical attributes such as 'media' will not match pools on this backend: could not retrieve aggregate information." crdControllerEvent=add logLayer=core requestID=<REQUEST_UUID> requestSource=CRD workflow="cr=reconcile"
