Trident mount fails due to luks encryption file system type of "atari"

Issue

  • Luks reformatting issue when the first format failed due to faulty fs/blkid, resulting in mount failure
  • With luks encryption trident daemonset logs indicate wrong file system type of "atari"
MountDevice failed for volume "pvc-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx" : rpc error: code = Internal desc = failed to stage volume: 
LUN trident_pvc-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx,device dm-xx already formatted with other filesystem: atariblkid on the node also confirms this type:  
/dev/mapper/luks-trident_pvc_pvc-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx: PTTYPE="atari"
